Campo Rosso is located in Civitella di Romagna on the first hills of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines, in a private position surrounded by greenery, a short distance from the town center and easily reachable from the main road.

It is a multifunctional organic farm with agritourism, rooms and restaurant, riding stables and educational farm, managed directly by the owner Katia Sandri since 2017, the year in which the farm and the projects connected to it were started.

The farm extends over 8 hectares of hilly land at approximately 250 m above sea level. of which 3.5 ha of forest, and 4.5 ha of fodder, cereals, some rows of vineyards, fruit trees of ancient varieties and the organic vegetable garden.

The farmhouse is located in the ancient manor house, dating back to the end of the nineteenth century, completely renovated at the beginning of the 2000s.

On the first and second floors of the house 12 bedrooms with bathroom have been created, while on the ground floor there is the professional kitchen, bar and reception, restaurant room and a multifunctional covered veranda used for workshops, meetings and parties.

Sandri Katia, agrichef and sommelier, personally takes care of the cuisine, offering menus characterized by the quality of the 0 km raw materials and, predominantly, organic, enhanced by traditional preparations and flavor combinations.

The farm is completed by an educational chicken coop with laying hens, a large 2-hectare paddock for the stables' horses and donkeys, hunting dogs, Bergy the German shepherd and the wild cats who guard the chicken coop.

The riding school is affiliated with Engea, natural riding lessons are held for adults and children, intensive courses, walks and workshops to introduce you to horses and donkeys.

The farmhouse is particularly suitable for singles, couples, families or small groups who love good food and activities in contact with nature.

The large yard surrounding the house allows for easy parking.
